Job Description
To complete our Romandy team, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist
- Complete payroll processing (fixed and hourly staff)
- Perform monthly checks and reconciliations (accident, maternity, APG allowances, etc.)
- Annual closing: accounting of AHV, BVG, LAA statements and preparation of salary certificates
- Development and monitoring of financial indicators
- Active participation, even leading, organizational and IT projects aimed at optimizing payroll management
- Monitor absences, illnesses, accidents, and leave
- Answer employee questions regarding payroll and social insurance
- Ensure updating of personnel files and data in the ERP
- Prepare data for internal and external audits
Qualifications
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss social insurances
- Very good command of IT tools (ERP, office software, email)
- Knowledge of SwissSalary software is a real asset
- Excellent writing skills in French. German is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and respect for deadlines
