Your tasks:
In this role, you are responsible for operational controlling and work together with the Head of Services. Look forward to a pleasant and supportive environment where you can effectively apply your controlling expertise. Your area of responsibility is as follows:
- Responsibility for the operational controlling of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland
- Preparation of quarterly reporting as well as creation of meaningful analyses
- Maintenance, further development, and management of relevant key figures
- Planning, support, and monitoring of the budgeting process
- Project controlling including analysis, reporting, and support of project managers
- Function as a contact person and operational interface for management, assistants, and project leaders
- Close cooperation with the central controlling department of FHNW (weekly fixed meeting)
- Support in topics of centrally organized financial accounting
Your profile:
What you should bring to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor in Business (ideally with a focus on controlling), HF Controller or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in accounting and/or controlling
- Advanced knowledge in the use of management information systems
- Open, communicative, and service-oriented personality
- Enjoy working with different stakeholders
- High independence, discretion, and strong consulting skills
- Ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations
- Calm attitude in everyday life – preferably with a touch of humor
