- Building a strong team for the Amden region
- Responsibility for achieving the branch's goals
- Solution-oriented, personal advice and support (physical or digital) for private and corporate clients
- Responsibility for the sale of non-life products as well as mediation of life products
- Acquisition of new customers (using modern and digital tools and existing AXA internal processes)
- Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures
- Implementation and assurance of AXA's sales philosophy and principles
- Participation in regional events and organization of marketing activities

- Joy and ability to lead and motivate a team
- Completed vocational training as well as professional experience in the insurance industry with a passed intermediary exam mandatory
- Proven success in the financial services sector or insurance industry
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Independent and goal-oriented working style as well as high commitment and initiative
- Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills
