The financing business is one of the largest revenue pillars for Zürcher Kantonalbank and is therefore of utmost importance. We support the bank in securing its strong market position in the financing business by driving its further development, continuous improvement, and quality assurance. A strategically highly relevant project is upcoming with the redesign of the entire environment of portfolio management in the financing business. Your tasks

Conceptualization of the future-oriented redesign of portfolio management in the financing area as an expert and central contact person
Analysis and identification of requirements as well as derivation of concrete measures
Planning, moderation, and execution of requirements workshops with relevant stakeholders
Responsibility for the professional conception and specification of epics, features, and stories; end-to-end support of change requirements from inception to successful implementation
Ensuring the implementation of requirements as well as conducting tests and training measures
Taking on a central interface function between specialist departments (e.g., product management, sales, accounting, processing) and IT; ensuring smooth coordination and communication between all involved areas

Your profile

Completed studies in computer science, natural sciences, business administration, or business informatics
At least five years of experience as a Business Engineer – knowledge in the financing business is an advantage
Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as methodological competencies, which you apply in early phases of large and central projects to shape the solution
Knowledge in agile project implementation (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban)
High personal responsibility, flexibility, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
You convince with your confident and winning appearance and your eloquent communication in German and English
You combine a pronounced service orientation, hands-on qualities, and willingness to learn with a high ability to work in a team
