Your Tasks
In this newly created position, you will support our management team in the following:
- Co-responsibility for the personnel management of the nursing team with about 45 employees
- Co-care and nursing of the residents of the hospital- and BESA
- Co-responsibility for the quality of care and optimization of processes
- Onboarding of new employees
- Co-responsibility for the training of apprentices with BBV and BBs
- Leading the electronic care documentation careCoach
- Co-responsibility for the classification of residents
- As team leader, you belong to the extended management

Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse HF or equivalent training
- Leadership training and at least 2 years of leadership experience
- High empathy and resilience
- Organizational flair and independent work
- High flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility
- Expertise in long-term care, validation, and kinesthetics (palliative care is an advantage)
