The Operations Control Center is the heart of the safe and stable operation of the Swissgrid ICT infrastructure. The team ensures around-the-clock monitoring and fault resolution in the area of ICT infrastructure. It is also responsible for the control and continuous development of the central ITIL processes (Event, Incident, Problem, Access Management, etc.) and thus makes a significant contribution to Switzerland's supply security. Ensure electricity in Switzerland
To strengthen this dedicated team, we are looking for a committed personality who will further develop the central Identity and Access Management (IAM) with expertise and enthusiasm and sustainably shape Swissgrid's security landscape. You will take on the following tasks:
Support and further development of Access Management processes
Ensuring the sustainable anchoring of Access Management principles in ITIL-based processes
Monitoring risk management in the area of Access Management
Creation, maintenance, and further development of concepts, processes, and guidelines in the area of Identity & Access Management
Collection and definition of requirements for implementation by the relevant Application Managers
Optimization and automation of operational processes
Creation and further development of central reporting in the area of Access Management
Management and optimization of authorization structures according to the RBAC concept (business/application roles/assignment rules/etc.)
Consulting internal stakeholders (Application Owner/Manager, Project Manager, Service Desk) in the area of Identity & Access Management
Planning and conducting training on the responsible processes
Maintenance and upkeep of relevant naming concepts in the area of Identity and Access Management
Support of audits in the ICT area Identity & Access Management
That makes the difference
At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and in the application of role-based access control (RBAC)
Experience in the area of critical infrastructures
ITIL Foundation certification
Very good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Active Directory, Exchange, MS SQL, Azure)
Competence in Directory Services (ADS, LDAP), authentication and authorization solutions (SAML, Kerberos, etc.) as well as web technologies
Strong sense of responsibility and security mindset
Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and recognize their impact on adjacent processes
Analytical and conceptual skills
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
