About the job
Automation assemblers master the necessary assembly, connection, and wiring techniques to build electrical controls and power distributions. Exciting tasks also include e-mobility and photovoltaic systems.
Wiring and testing electrical devices, maintaining operational equipment, and creating the corresponding documentation are, of course, part of the job.
The machinery, electrical, and metal industries are versatile and globally oriented. Basic training as an automation assembler opens up many deployment opportunities at home and abroad.
The training lasts three years and is completed with the federal certificate of competence as an automation assembler EFZ.
The workplace is mainly in the workshop but also at the customer's site. The profession offers variety, exciting projects, and much more. You acquire practical professional skills in the company and in inter-company courses. You also attend vocational school one day per week.
