Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is part of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior of the Canton of Zurich and employs around 1,400 staff with diverse professional profiles. JuWe is responsible for criminal and measure enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. For JuWe employees, the successful social reintegration of offenders and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance.
The Pfäffikon Prison (GFP) operates, in addition to classic pre-trial detention, a security department for all types of detention. The security department houses detainees from all over Switzerland who require special personnel care and structural measures due to mental illness, increased flight risk, or high potential for violence. The GFP is currently under renovation, and reopening is planned for mid-2026.
For our enforcement team, we are looking for a committed, strong leadership, and responsible personality as a team leader starting March 2026 or by arrangement, who leads with clarity, passion, and team spirit.
