Health Specialist EFZ Evening and Weekend Service, 30-40 %

We are the Foundation for Senior Housing of the City of Zurich SAW and operate more than 30 settlements with around 2000 affordable apartments for people aged 60 and over. Our tasks include supporting our tenants with everyday, social, and nursing services and promoting community activities in the settlements. More about us at www.wohnenab60.ch.

As reinforcement for our Spitex Team North, we are looking for a responsible person as a Health Specialist EFZ for evening and weekend service by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You care for and support our clients in their apartments.
• You assist them with daily living activities or take over these tasks on their behalf.
• You collaborate with the clients' social environment, their general practitioners, and other services.
• You are responsible for complete documentation via smartphone (Perigon knowledge is an advantage).
• You actively contribute your expertise and social skills daily.

You bring with you

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ, DNI, FASRK, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience, preferably in Spitex or long-term care
• Good oral and written German skills
• Willingness to work exclusively on weekends and in late shifts
• PC application skills and a flair for operating smartphones

We offer you

Exciting assignments in the evening or weekend service as well as a competent and motivated team. The annual salary for this position ranges between CHF 69,673.-- and CHF 93,098.-- (at 100%) depending on experience. In addition to at least four weeks of vacation, you are entitled to 6 company holidays.
