• Room allocation, welcoming and check-in of guests
• Obtaining and verifying payment guarantees
• Accompanying guests to their rooms and caring for them during their stay; farewell at check-out
• Receiving and handling or forwarding complaints
• Billing for departing guests
• Leading a shift

• Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the above-mentioned area as well as initial leadership experience desirable
• Positive charisma, professional appearance, and a neat appearance
• High degree of initiative and motivation and a convincing and winning demeanor
• Very high service and guest orientation
• Advanced knowledge in handling the hotel software Opera and good MS Office skills
• Very good German and good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
