The opportunity
Are you an experienced Project Manager in the industrial sector or within railway application projects? Do you combine strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver high‑quality commercial and technical solutions for customers? Then this could be the right opportunity for you. We are looking for a Project Development and Change Manager who will oversee railway projects of varying size and complexity and support the organization in delivering the right products and service solutions to our customers.
How you’ll make an impact

Drives adherence to contractual milestones by continuously monitoring project progress, including identified risks and opportunities from project kick-off onward

Oversees project execution in line with best practices, HE policies, and guidelines, while controlling progress and resource utilization

Represents the customer voice internally, acting as key customer contact and escalation point, and building strong, trust-based stakeholder relationships

Provides regular and structured project reporting to the PMO through periodic review meetings

Facilitates effective and timely communication with internal project stakeholders and supports information flow as required

Applies HE Tier accountability principles to escalate critical deviations or customer claims and supports corrective actions and escalations

Manages customer change requests by collecting, documenting, and coordinating variation offers with stakeholders, and following through until order, delivery, and invoicing

Monitors project financials in close collaboration with the project controller, maintains documentation accuracy, and drives the capture and sharing of lessons learned
Your background
-
Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field

2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in railway or industrial application projects

PMP certification is an advantage

Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to motivate and empower team members

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information, align stakeholders, and manage expectations

Fluency in French, B2 level in English; German is a plus
