What you can achieve
- Operational and professional management of the ZTP dispatch (3-5 employees)
- Ensuring a smooth process in the placement of ZTP employees throughout USB
- Taking over back office/front office tasks in the dispatch team
- Responsible for creating the deployment plans of the dispatch team
- Supporting the ZTP management in the further development of the department
- Taking on specialist tasks and projects in coordination with the ZTP management
What you bring with you
- Certified nursing professional, comparable medical training, business management training is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, leadership experience is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office desired
- Fluent German skills are required, foreign language skills (French and English) are an advantage
- Team-oriented personality with an independent working style, networked thinking and high service orientation
