Operations Manager*in Maintenance Cleaning Region Solothurn 80 - 100 %
Here you are needed as an organizational talent and doer. You recognize priorities, are used to working independently, and act in a service-oriented manner. After thorough training, you will take responsibility for the operational management and organization in your area.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction | Focus on high-quality work execution and service orientation
- Support quality management | Collaboration with the department management regarding quality, environmental protection, and occupational safety
- Team leadership | Management and support of the site managers
- Efficient work organization | Support in work preparation, scheduling, and control of processes
- Complaint management | Immediate processing and follow-up of customer complaints
- Performance monitoring | Responsibility for compliance with the agreed working hours in the sites
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Leadership experience | At least 2 years of experience in leadership positions
- Expertise in cleaning | Expertise in operations management of maintenance cleaning/special cleaning
- Flexibility and resilience | Ability to act professionally in challenging situations
- Reliability and assertiveness |Competent and confident demeanor
- Communication skills | Very good spoken German skills, foreign language skills are an advantage
- Impeccable reputation | Trustworthiness and a spotless background
