Our trainers at Spitex Zurich are organised in a dedicated team, allowing them to fully focus on supporting the trainees. The close collaboration within the team enables valuable professional exchange and creates the best conditions for high-quality training. You will be actively supported by our training and education managers. You work situationally across locations, have a strong team behind you and at the same time enjoy a lot of personal responsibility, freedom to shape and scope for action in practical vocational training.

To strengthen our trainer team, we are looking for an enthusiastic personality to start immediately or by arrangement as

• You accompany, promote and enable trainees in practical and theoretical training, thereby ensuring high-quality education.
• You regularly conduct training and qualification discussions and support individual learning processes.
• You work across locations with trainers, training and education managers, team coaches and nursing teams.
• You engage in career fairs, information events at schools, on future days and other events.
• To stay professionally up to date, you complement your role with individual nursing assignments.

• Completed regular 3-year training as a healthcare professional EFZ
• Trainer certificate available or willingness to obtain it
• SVEB certificate for practical trainers (Level 1) and experience as a trainer are advantageous
• At least two years of professional experience as a healthcare professional EFZ
• Flair for digital tools and very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Enjoyment in training young people and interest in designing individual learning settings
• High sense of responsibility, organisational skills and independence
• You like to travel by e-bike
