Service Administration Clerk 50% (m/f/d)
Location Romanel-Sur-Morges
in the Service Administration area. If you enjoy organization, customer contact, and teamwork, then keep reading!
Your tasks:
- Creating and processing offers directly in the ERP system – in German and French
- Friendly customer contact by phone and email in both languages
- Managing and keeping service contracts up to date
- Billing service subscriptions, service orders, and spare parts
- Creating credit notes and performing mutations
What you bring:
- Commercial training and some experience in a similar role
- Excellent German and French skills are mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Office!
- You work in a structured way and ensure the necessary clarity
- You are organized, friendly, and like to take initiative
