Senior Associate

For its office in Zurich, Switzerland, QUORUS GmbH is urgently looking for a senior associate with an academic law background, as well as substantial experience in multinational legal projects with a significative Russian, Ukrainian or Central Asian dimension:

Duties and responsibilities:

Your contribution:

– Legal qualification under Swiss or Russian law, with proven knowledge of the respective other law; any other international qualifications or LL.M. would be an asset;

– 6+ years of PQE with usual duties such as contract review and drafting, legal clarifications and preparation of legal opinions;

– 6+ years of proven experience with comprehensive legal assistance of complex international M&A transactions;

– 6+ years of proven experience in participating in international arbitration processes and processes with state authorities;

– Deep knowledge and first-hand experience of the customary business and legal practices and procedures in force in the CIS-countries;

– Comprehensive top level international experience in the legal field;

– Experience in working with start-ups would be an advantage;

– Fluency in various foreign languages (English and Russian as a must, French, Spanish and German would be an asset);

– Experience in managing complex projects;

– Readiness for occasional business trips.
