Job description

Provide personalized nursing care of a preventive, curative, palliative, and educational nature.

Respect professional standards and institutional rules.

Ensure continuity of care through documentation of residents' files and handover to other professionals.

Delegate, coordinate, and supervise care provided by the nursing assistant and ASSC team.

Define and implement the personalized support project for the resident as a referent within an interdisciplinary approach.

Be attentive to the wishes and needs of residents and their relatives.

Profile sought

• Swiss nursing diploma or recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Minimum 3 years confirmed experience with elderly people
• Experience in palliative care and psychogeriatrics, CAS is an asset
• Knowledge of computer tools: Office suite, Carefolio
• Fluency in spoken and written French
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Organizational skills
• Observation skills and ability to analyze and synthesize
• Ability to work independently with good stress management
• Ability to communicate assertively
• Be proactive and creative
