ICT Supporter
Technology is your language! Cable clutter is a challenge for you, not an appetizer. You don’t see red at a bluescreen! Then we have a place for you! We are expanding our Service Desk and offer the best IT service on-site and remotely to the municipalities and schools in the canton of Zug.
We are looking for ICT supporters who think along, get involved, and enjoy supporting our customers.

Tasks
- You receive questions, fault reports, and service orders from users and handle them independently
- You support users in dealing with the IT infrastructure remotely
- You help on-site with customers and support with tips and tricks to make IT enjoyable
Expectations
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ (or equivalent training)
- Enjoyment of customer contact, helpfulness, and high quality awareness
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing
- Driver's license category B
