About the job
We are looking for a structured and quality-conscious personality to support our kitchen team in production on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Bloomell Coffeehouse stands for high-quality breakfast, honest products, and a modern coffeehouse experience. With great passion, we continuously develop our offerings and live a clear, quality-conscious approach.
Currently, we operate at three locations with a strong team and a shared commitment to quality and hospitality.
YOUR TASKS
- Production of our dishes and components for all Bloomell locations
- Working according to clear recipes and defined quality standards
- Preparation of ingredients and mise en place for daily operations
- Ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene regulations
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed basic training as a chef EFZ, baker-pastry chef-confiseur EFZ, or comparable training with experience
- Experience in the kitchen or food production
- Structured, reliable, and clean working style
- Enjoyment of clear workflows and recurring processes
- Team player, motivated, and responsible
- Good German skills are an advantage
