What you can achieve

Administrative tasks

• Recording and maintaining data in the ERP system

• Creating delivery notes, shipping documents, and internal documents

• Processing orders and feedback

• Telephone and written correspondence with internal departments and suppliers

• Supporting logistics management with evaluations and reporting

Logistics & Warehouse

• Active participation in process optimization and continuous improvement (CIP)

• Storage of goods according to specified processes

• Picking, packing, and preparing shipments

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Conducting inventories

• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or several years of experience in logistics

• Experience with administrative tasks is an advantage

• Good PC skills (MS Office, ERP systems SAP / S4 HANA)

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage

• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

• Physically resilient and a team player

• Forklift license
