Starting immediately, or by arrangement, we are looking for a specialist in the role of
technical customer service clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Support our customers and fitters with assembly, maintenance, and repair work on GIPO systems as well as individual third-party products
- Telephone support for troubleshooting and fault clearance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical controls
- Coordination of service and repair work on drive systems with diesel and electric motors
- Support during commissioning and modifications of our machines
- If necessary, direct customer support on site at construction sites
- Processing of telephone and written spare parts orders
What you bring
- Completed vocational training in the mechanical or electromechanical field
(e.g., polymechanic, construction or agricultural machinery mechanic, automation technician, technician, or comparable training)
- Solid mechanical knowledge as well as experience with electrical controls
- Experience in handling combustion and electric motors
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Basic knowledge of common computer applications is an advantage
- Foreign language skills or willingness to expand them are desired
