Technical Sales Consultant After Sales (m/f)
What you can achieve with us
- Sale of spare parts, accessories, lubricants and services in the assigned sales area
- Implementation of the specified market and business management goals and the resulting measures
- Adherence to the sales process and use of all available sales tools
- Continuous information about the features and benefits of all products and services
- Monitoring the activities and products of the competition as well as the current market situation in the responsible sales area and regular reporting to the supervisor
- Informing end customers about new products and services
- Building and maintaining close customer and dealer relationships as well as considering their operational development
- Responsible for the administrative steps from the offer to the contract conclusion
- Accompanying and monitoring the provision and delivery process
- Holiday replacement for the Head of Shop and Spare Parts
What you bring to your tasks
- Technical basic training in the field of construction, agricultural or forestry technology (construction, agricultural machinery mechanic, farmer)
- Further training in business administration, sales or marketing is an advantage
- Experience in sales/trade/services
- Good communication skills and social competence
- Good IT user skills and high proficiency in the use of Microsoft products
- Native German speaker, good French skills
- Enjoy traveling within 50 to 70%
- Residence preferably centrally located in the sales area (Mittelland)
