Automation Technician - Service Technician

• You install, maintain, and repair state-of-the-art inkjet systems directly at the customer's site – in Switzerland, Europe, and worldwide.
• You support customers remotely with modern tools such as Assisted Reality.
• Mechanics, electronics, and software come together daily with you – boredom excluded.
• As a troubleshooter, you find pragmatic solutions and get machines running quickly again.
• You take on on-call duties – fairly compensated, of course.
• You document your assignments and provide valuable feedback to development & support.
• And the highlight: You are part of the development team and meet systems outside that you have helped develop yourself.

• Completed technical training (e.g., automation technician, polymechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician EFZ or similar).
• Basic knowledge of PLC programming.
• Enthusiasm for the interplay of mechanics, electronics, and software.
• Several years of experience in plant or machine construction.
• Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented, and confident even in hectic moments.
• Willingness to travel about 5–50% (focus on Europe & USA).
• Very good German and English skills.
• Enjoyment of customer contact, confident appearance, and good communication.
• Driver's license category B.
