Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the carpentry workshop
• You create new structures and processes in the carpentry area
• Further development of the areas, setting professional standards and coordinating workflows to ensure an efficient, timely and high-quality production process
• Personnel management and development of a 20-member team
• Acquisition, calculation and project management
• Responsibility for materials management and orders

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a carpenter EFZ
• Completed further training as a master carpenter or wood technician HF
• Several years of experience in carpentry craftsmanship
• Leadership experience, organizational talent as well as a structured way of working
• You enjoy creating new structures and helping with a realignment
• Confident handling of industry-standard software and MS Office
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• You are reliable, flexible and willing to learn new things and participate in changes
