We are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a
Project Manager Building Envelope / Facade Construction 80-100% (m/f/d)
What you will achieve
- Responsibility for the administrative and technical project management/supervision until final acceptance
- Communication and coordination with architects, clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Procurement of materials and preparation of calculations
- Responsibility for the timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution of projects
- Preparation of project billing and post-calculation
What you bring
- You are a building envelope professional with extensive experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Independent, quality-conscious, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Cost-aware, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Initiative, negotiation skills, and a healthy dose of assertiveness
- Team and communication skills (German spoken and written)
- Openness to advancing digitalization to actively help shape it
- Knowledge of CAD / HiCAD is an advantage
- SIA standards, Swiss standards, and building culture are part of your DNA 😊
