About the job
Your tasks include
- Planning, organizing, and leading learning days for all training levels
- Guidance, advice, and support for nursing HF learners/students
- Conducting introductory/weekly goal and qualification discussions
- Carrying out internal and external IPA of FaGe’s
- Creation / updating of nursing documentation
- Participation in internal and external events in the field of training
- Introduction of new trainers
You bring with you
- Degree as a certified nursing professional HF / FH as well as pedagogical further training (SVEB 1)
- Experience in vocational education
- Experience in patient care, ideally in a psychiatric setting
- Very good knowledge of IT applications
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Good networked thinking
