Head of Nursing Department 80-100% in House D
In House D, we offer loving and individual care for 36 residents, most of whom are affected by mental illnesses and/or addiction disorders. We care deeply about a respectful and supportive environment for the residents. Their needs: individual daily structuring, daily routine, conversations, accompaniment, as well as minor nursing tasks.
Your tasks
- Lead and develop: You take responsibility for the personnel, professional, and organizational management of the department (approx. 17 employees including trainees). With clarity, trust, and empathy, you lead your team, promote individual strengths, and ensure a respectful coexistence.
- Shape care quality: With your expertise, you ensure high-quality nursing and care – both in the residential area and in the Spitex care of the senior apartments. You ensure that care processes are professionally implemented and continuously developed.
- Plan and implement: You define goals, manage operational planning, and ensure smooth processes. You work closely with other departments and the area management to create optimal structures and workflows together.
- Co-create and further develop: You bring your experience and ideas into cross-departmental projects and make an important contribution to the future-oriented development of nursing.
Your profile
- Professionally strong and experienced in leadership: You have a tertiary education in nursing (HF, FH or equivalent) and bring leadership experience as well as ideally a completed leadership training.
- Team-oriented and clear: You lead with clarity, empathy, and trust. You motivate your employees, promote their strengths, and create an environment where team spirit can grow.
- Quality-conscious and solution-oriented: You are committed to nursing at the highest level and think in solutions rather than problems. Quality, further development, and professional standards are a matter of course for you.
- Organized and decisive: You keep an overview even in demanding situations, set priorities, and make decisions with prudence and responsibility.
- Empathetic and relationship-oriented: You approach people openly, actively build relationships, and maintain a respectful, appreciative interaction – both within the team and towards residents and relatives.
