Financial Accountant with Commercial Vocational Training 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

We are a successful and innovative family business with around 100 employees. As a technical wholesaler based in Aarau, we operate in the fields of hose technology, hydraulics, and drive technology.

To complete our accounting, we are looking for a motivated personality as

Financial Accountant with Commercial Vocational Training 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
 

Your main tasks

• Co-responsible for financial accounting including accounts receivable, 
  accounts payable, and general ledger accounting up to the annual financial statements
• Ensuring efficient payment transactions and monitoring of 
  credit limits with proactive communication
• Preparation of VAT returns as well as support with annual financial statements and audits
• Optimization and digitization of accounting processes to increase efficiency and transparency
• Accounts receivable management with dunning and debt collection coordination, including 
  customer communication in German and French (Italian is an advantage)
• Maintenance and control of master data of customers and suppliers to 
  ensure data quality
• Preparation of financial and controlling reports for management
• As a practical trainer, responsible for the supervision, training, and evaluation of commercial apprentices in your own area

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training; further education in 
  finance is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an SME
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working as well as pronounced 
  analytical thinking skills
• Enjoy working with young people and working in a small, dynamic team
• High reliability, integrity, and sense of responsibility
• Resilient and flexible personality with a strong IT affinity
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral 
  French skills (English and Italian are an advantage)
