For the Digital Transformation and Projects team of our Human Resources department, we are looking for an intern to start immediately or as agreed for a duration of 6 months.
As a university/HES intern, you will actively participate in various HR projects, contributing actively to the digitalization of HR processes through projects with strong strategic and organizational impact. You will be a real support in managing digital HR projects and in optimizing our processes, systems, and data.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Contribute to the optimization of the SIRH run organization;
- SIRH support: provide ongoing operational support for existing HR systems and processes;
- Reporting: prepare regular reports on project progress and results achieved;
- Handle routine requests from HR and business teams regarding HR data and systems;
- Data analysis: collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decisions (Power BI, advanced Excel);
- Maintain and develop HR reports and dashboards;
- Documentation and continuous improvement: write and keep procedures and documentation up to date;
- Communication and change management: facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare materials (slides, FAQ, internal news…) and ensure transparency of information.
Your profile:
- You are currently enrolled in an academic program closely related to Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, Business Analysis, or equivalent;
- You have a good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI);
- You are interested in the HR world, innovation, and digital tools;
- You have an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset;
- You have good communication skills, in French and ideally in English;
- You appreciate teamwork.
