Tasks
- Accompanying and supporting clients in the residential area
- Taking on the role of a reference person with responsibility for everyday coping, promotion planning, and leisure activities
- Care and coordination of contacts with cost bearers
- Performing administrative tasks (including progress documentation, assessments, reports)
- Consistent implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UN CRPD) in everyday work
Requirements Profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification
- Experience working with mentally impaired people
- Independent, resilient, and responsible personality
- Willingness to work irregular shifts
- High social and communication skills
- Practical trainer or willingness to complete this training
