We are looking for a motivated personality for our team in the Device Service Center in Adliswil who enjoys repairing devices. Are you a team player and like to work solution-oriented? In this role at the Device Service Center, you analyze the extent of damage of incoming devices and tools and repair them customer-oriented and economically. Taking into account the established processes and testing regulations, you fulfill the service order on time, with quality, and cost-effectively. Through your attentive way of working, you actively optimize workflows according to Lean principles. You are responsible for your workplace and your tools and document your work steps in the corresponding IT systems. In addition, you advise and train new team members and sales staff (m/f/d) in technical questions.What you bring:
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in assembly or repair, ideally first experience in repairing electromechanical tools or systems
- Committed, flexible, team-oriented, and resilient personality
- Good IT skills and ideally SAP experience
- Very good German skills
