Senior ERP Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a central pillar of our ERP strategy. We support our customers in the sustainable transformation, the modernization of complex business processes, and the successful implementation of strategic programs.

For demanding and strategically important customer projects, we are looking for you as a Senior ERP Project Manager who holistically manages complex Microsoft Dynamics programs and safely guides our customers in Switzerland through their digital transformation.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You take on the overall responsibility for the end-to-end planning, governance, and successful implementation of demanding ERP implementations based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO
• You manage all aspects of project implementation with a steady hand – from budget, deadlines, and scope to quality and governance requirements
• You are the central contact person for our customers and act as a connecting interface between clients, functional consultants, and ELCA's development teams. In doing so, you coordinate both local resources as well as near- and offshore delivery centers
• As the leader of the project team, you structure and moderate workshops and training sessions and actively support the departments of our customers (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations) in the definition, conception, and implementation of integrated ERP solutions
• You actively contribute to pre-sales activities and take responsibility for preparing offers as well as for bid management in extensive ERP projects

Your profile

• You bring more than ten years of experience in successfully managing large ERP implementation projects at a service company, of which at least three years are in the environment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO
• You have a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 FO and know both the functional and technical challenges of complex D365 projects. You lead functional and technical consultant teams confidently and with a high quality standard
• You have experience in planning and implementing cutover scenarios, rollouts, and core model deployments for demanding customer projects
• You hold a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• You have solid knowledge of project management methods, governance, and delivery models and navigate confidently in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• You convince as an open, cooperative leadership personality with pronounced communication skills and confident appearance at management and executive level
• You communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
