What you achieve:

Execution of regular to complex contract mutations in Syrius
Review and processing of insurance applications with and without risk assessment
Consultation, verification of insurance obligation, and handling of the EU/EFTA bilateral agreements
Telephone and written contact with customers and other stakeholders
Close cooperation with other departments such as our customer advisory

Why you succeed:

You have completed a commercial basic education (EFZ) or training as a retail specialist (EFZ) and ideally have several years of professional experience, preferably in the health insurance sector
Your very good oral and written German skills are complemented by knowledge of at least one other foreign language such as Italian or French
You are characterized by an upbeat and empathetic personality that enables you to empathize with the needs of our customers
You are open and flexible for new challenges and willing to continuously develop yourself
As a team player, you enjoy exchanging ideas with your team and thus contribute to joint success
