About the job
What you achieve:
- Execution of regular to complex contract mutations in Syrius
- Review and processing of insurance applications with and without risk assessment
- Consultation, verification of insurance obligation, and handling of the EU/EFTA bilateral agreements
- Telephone and written contact with customers and other stakeholders
- Close cooperation with other departments such as our customer advisory
Why you succeed:
- You have completed a commercial basic education (EFZ) or training as a retail specialist (EFZ) and ideally have several years of professional experience, preferably in the health insurance sector
- Your very good oral and written German skills are complemented by knowledge of at least one other foreign language such as Italian or French
- You are characterized by an upbeat and empathetic personality that enables you to empathize with the needs of our customers
- You are open and flexible for new challenges and willing to continuously develop yourself
- As a team player, you enjoy exchanging ideas with your team and thus contribute to joint success
