Your Tasks
- Needs-based nursing care of patients
- Basic and treatment care
- Support, guidance, and counseling of parents
- Implementation of digital nursing documentation
- Implementation of expert standards and the ward's nursing concept
- Close cooperation with pediatricians (m/f/d) and the therapeutic team
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and pediatric nurse (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), certified geriatric nurse (m/f/d), or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in pediatrics desirable
- High degree of empathy and communication skills in dealing with children and parents
- Stress resistance and flexibility
- Proficient in handling clinic-specific ERP systems
