Mechanical engineer, micromechanics or generalist, you have at least 5 years of proven experience in industry including 1 to 2 years in watchmaking on industrialization, methods, quality, construction and/or product projects.

A very good communicator, you are autonomous, rigorous and have very good leadership. You possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, have excellent adaptability, synthesis ability and very good interpersonal skills. Working in a cross-functional team is a source of motivation for you.

As a project manager for industrialization methods - watch components at Auctae, you are involved in the reindustrialization of watch components: case, middle case, back, crown, bracelet, strap, clasp, etc., series life monitoring and

• reindustrialize watch components – watch components – according to the standard flow ranges;
• manage product projects, mainly after-sales service (SAV) and series life;
• prepare manufacturing files;
• collect input data necessary for the proper start of industrialization projects (technical definition, feedback from similar projects, processes to be implemented, etc.);
• initiate and lead exchange sessions necessary for the smooth running of these projects;
• manage technical data associated with projects in accordance with standards;
• handle deviations from standard ranges;
• collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams within the scope;
• coordinate and compile all manufacturing methods files, series life, product renewal, respecting references and project objectives (quality, costs, deadlines) ensuring the reliability of ranges (manufacturing file), bills of materials and technical data;
• manage activities in line with the missions and indicators of the flow;
• conduct industrialization risk analyses with the project team (FMEA, PDCA, ...);
• be the guarantor of the robustness of technical data and respect processes.

You are Swiss nationality, holding a valid work permit (B, C or G) or a national of one of the European Union (EU) member states.
