The Office for Informatics of the Canton of Appenzell I.Rh. operates as a service provider the
IT for the entire cantonal administration and other public institutions.
The Office for Informatics is looking for an
Application Manager (m/f) immediately or by arrangement in a 60-100% position.
Your Tasks
- Application support from requirements analysis through planning and coordination of
updates, changes, and further developments - Support in ensuring technical operations within the team and with
partners and suppliers - Project management for application projects as well as support and participation in
larger ICT projects - Ensuring 2nd level support for standard and specialized applications as well as
willingness to support 1st level support - Documenting processes, creating user manuals, as well as preparing
and conducting user training
Your Profile
- Completed training in computer science or experience in ICT support or
application management. Work experience in a public administration or
an administration-related company is an advantage - Awareness of communication, good written and verbal expression
- Structured approach and good organization
- Quick comprehension and high solution orientation
- Independence, resilience, sense of responsibility as well as conflict and
team skills - Knowledge of business administration software (e.g., OneGov GEVER) or advanced
knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications desired
