• Responsibility for quality assurance and occupational safety, including ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and safety guidelines
• Supervision and periodic checks of QSS processes as well as discussion and elimination of any deficiencies
• Organization and implementation of employee training in the area of quality and safety
• Support in planning and conducting apprentice training in the OTC area
• Ensuring the implementation, maintenance and further development of the quality management system in the OTC area
• Responsibility for providing and updating all QSS documents
• Obtaining and updating operating and food permits
• Implementation and further development of occupational safety concepts according to legal requirements
• Analysis and documentation of work accidents as well as initiation of preventive measures
