• Completed education or training (HF/FH/University) in a related field (communication sciences, journalism, marketing, or comparable)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in communication/PR or journalism
• Proven experience in social media management as well as video production and editing
• Experience in employer branding is a plus
• Winning personality with open approach to different stakeholders and the ability to communicate on equal footing with adolescents, young adults, and experienced professionals
• Integrated communication and newsroom concept are not foreign words
• Interest in the Swiss education system and topics of special and remedial education
• Confident and very good German skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of English/French desirable
• Team player with independent and quality-conscious working style
• Willingness for occasional evening or Saturday work (about five times a year)
