Is social media your passion? Do you have experience in planning, executing, and managing various channels? Do you approach people openly and communicate on equal footing with different target groups? Then you are exactly right.
For the university communication department, we are looking for a committed and quality-conscious personality from July 1, 2026 or by arrangement. A creative and motivated team awaits you.
Your area of responsibility
- Management of the HfH social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
- Participation in communication planning and responsibility for the implementation of posts on our social media channels
- Research of relevant content, development of creative campaigns, as well as marketing of events and continuing education offers
- Creation of target group-appropriate content (text, image & video) including maintaining and activating the community
- Participation in projects and taking on editorial tasks in the communication area
- Development of channels and social media strategy
- Monitoring and reporting in the social media area
Your profile
- Completed education or training (HF/FH/University) in a related field (communication sciences, journalism, marketing, or comparable)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in communication/PR or journalism
- Proven experience in social media management as well as video production and editing
- Experience in employer branding is a plus
- Winning personality with open approach to different stakeholders and the ability to communicate on equal footing with adolescents, young adults, and experienced professionals
- Integrated communication and newsroom concept are not foreign words
- Interest in the Swiss education system and topics of special and remedial education
- Confident and very good German skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of English/French desirable
- Team player with independent and quality-conscious working style
- Willingness for occasional evening or Saturday work (about five times a year)
