Your tasks
- Responsible for the safe, trouble-free operation and maintenance of two run-of-river power plants including their concession routes
- Technical and personnel management of the well-coordinated power plant team with 7 employees
- Financial responsibility for operation and maintenance
- Planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance, renewal and modernization measures on the plants
- Ensuring occupational safety and health protection of employees
- Representation of the hydropower plants of AEW Energie AG externally – including organization and conducting of visitor tours
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or an equivalent technical education
- Further training in business administration
- Experience in a production company or in operation and maintenance of hydropower plants or industrial plants
- Experience in personnel management as well as high social competence
- Very good organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
