Your profile
- Completed SRK nursing assistant course
- Sense of responsibility and high independence
- Empathy and good observation skills
- Tolerance and openness towards people of all ages and different cultures
- Enjoyment of evening work
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
- Bicycle or car to travel between different assignments
Your tasks
- Relief and support of colleagues between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- Care, support, and advice for our clients at home
- Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and eating
- Support in daily activities and household management
- Documentation of activities
- Recognition, promotion, and preservation of clients' resources
- Taking on roles such as duty planning, deployment planning, and staff accompaniment

Every 40th resident of Chur is our client. We are active daily with 330 clients. With around 150 employees, we are the largest Spitex organization in the canton of Graubünden and provide care and support services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar environment despite age- or illness-related limitations.
