The KiTas Bethanien are represented with five locations in Zurich: Altstetten, Fluntern, Kalkbreite, Oerlikon, and Seefeld.
Our KiTas are easily accessible by public transport. Children aged three months to kindergarten entry are cared for in three to four age-separated standard groups. Our educational concept is based on the guiding principle: “Help me to do it myself – and let me grasp to understand”.
80% working days Tuesday to Friday

What you can achieve:
- You are responsible for the care and well-being of the children and accompany them in their daily lives
- You conduct admission interviews and acclimatization
- You design a varied and flexible group daily routine
- You are in regular contact with the parents and conduct parent meetings and events
- You lead the group team independently and conduct regular group meetings
- Possibility to take over the deputy of the KiTa management if interested and suitable
What you bring:
- Completed training as a childcare worker with experience or completed training in childhood education HF
- Professional experience as a group leader
- High degree of self-initiative and/or experience as a deputy
- Flair for employee management
- Structured working method and high sense of responsibility
- Appreciative and solution-oriented attitude, as well as joy in experiencing everyday life with the children
