«Zäme witercho» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as rapid emergency admissions and short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, under our roof you will also find a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.

What does your daily routine look like?

Providing meals for our residents and guests in the public restaurant
Working in the hot and cold kitchen as well as the pastry section
Assisting with catering and events
Weekly vocational school day in Burgdorf
Regular practice days to prepare you perfectly for your final exam

What qualifications do you bring?

Enjoyment in handling and preparing food
A sense of teamwork, creativity, cleanliness, and order
Willingness to work 1-2 weekends
