About the job
Your Main Tasks
We are looking for two committed leaders for the specialist areas of heart, vascular and thoracic surgery, robotics center, and transplantation and visceral surgery who want to shape the future together with the department management. As group leaders, you work closely together – each with your own area of responsibility for 12-15 FTE. Together you lead a team of around 30 employees.
Your tasks in shared responsibility:
- Professional and personal development of the teams
- Ensuring high nursing and quality standards
- Co-design and active participation in the Shared Governance Team with Specialist & Education
- Strategic and operational planning in the area of responsibility
- Participation in the implementation of the USZ Strategy 2030
You bring:
- Swiss diploma NDS HF anesthesia care with several years of professional experience
