For over 160 years, Lustenberger & Dürst and the LeSuperbe brand have stood for the finest Swiss cheese craftsmanship. This makes us one of the oldest affineurs (ripeners) of cheese in Switzerland with around 100 employees.
The cheese specialties are produced exclusively for us by partner dairies and then carefully matured in the affinage cellars in Hünenberg ZG or Heitenried FR. Over 8,000 tons of cheese are processed annually with modern packaging systems in Hünenberg and exported to over 40 countries. Our headquarters is in Switzerland, with branches in Europe and the USA, as well as a network of partner companies, making us globally represented.

Business Controller 100% (m/f) - Hünenberg See
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take on the following tasks:
- Monitoring and controlling the financial processes in the company, including the preparation and analysis of monthly reporting, quarterly and annual financial statements, including sustainability reports
- Development, maintenance, and further development of internal controlling tools, including ERP and BI
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support management in strategic decisions (e.g., investments)
- Forex controlling: identification and hedging of foreign exchange risks
- Co-designing all necessary operational and strategic instruments in cost management
- Regularly updating all calculation bases (product calculations, cost rates, etc.) and approving product calculations in Abacus
- Co-designing the company-wide risk management, ICS system, and KVP process
- Active business partner role towards department heads
- Deputizing for the CFO
Your profile:
- Completed studies in finance, controlling, economics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in an SME
- In-depth knowledge in IT-supported controlling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Abacus) and data visualization tools
- Knowledge in the area of KVP and experience in implementing improvement projects
- Team player, strong communication skills, and good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
