Your Tasks

Supporting the market area manager as well as the branch/area managers in organizational and administrative tasks
Creating analyses and presentations for meetings and workshops with internal or external stakeholders
Coordinating sponsorship and award activities within the branch group as well as planning, organizing, and conducting related customer events
Topic owner for onboarding new employees
Acting as a supportive tandem function in the sales area for the market area or, depending on experience, also as a topic owner
Conceptually accompanying projects at the market area and situationally at the business unit level
Acting as a contact person and link between branches and central units

Your Profile

Professional experience in the banking environment, especially in sales or a staff-like environment, is an advantage
Flexible personality who appreciates diverse tasks and is not afraid to question the status quo to bring in new inputs
Creativity, assertiveness, and joy in organizing
Strong service mentality, very good communication skills, and conceptual strength
Structured work with high quality standards as well as networked and analytical thinking and a quick grasp
Confident expression in spoken and written language as well as good MS Office skills
Willingness for continuous development of your skills and competencies
