To support the Controlling team of the Finance and Controlling department at our central office in Bern, we are looking for a:

Specialist in Controlling 80–100%

You will achieve this together with the team members

• Develop and prepare the right key figures for a professional management of the union in goal-oriented operational and strategic paths
• Maintain communication with all organizational units of Unia
• Manage the IKS processes and the risk minimization of the organization and conduct internal audits
• Coordinate the budget processes up to the consolidation of Unia's financial plans
• Prepare interim and annual financial statements of all organizational units and report on them in the committees

You bring the following

• Several years of experience in the field of controlling and finance with a solid professional education and a flair for numbers
• Experience with BI tools, process development
• Confident in closing according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• Communicative in German and French (Italian is an advantage)
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Flexibility and a high degree of initiative 
• Identification with trade union and social policy issues
