We operate over 40 daycares and a day structure, children and youth homes, the foster care center, and a women's counseling center. Children, families, equal opportunities, and integration are at the center of our work.We are looking for, by agreement, aSuccessor Head of Accounting - additional tasks in controlling - 100%.These are your tasks:
- Responsible for financial accounting
- Leading the accounting team
- Tasks in controlling
- Analyses
- Monthly closings
- Annual financial statements
- Budget
- Support for the Head of Finance, IT, and Administration
- University degree or equivalent education in business administration
- Several years of experience in finance/controlling
- Advantageous - additional language such as English
- Experience with ABACUS ERP system
- Experience in preparing annual budgets
- Experience with Swiss GAAP FER (Swiss GAAP FER 21) is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Lucanet (reporting and budgeting tool) is an advantage
- Contributing ideas for the further development of the accounting team
- Leadership experience (leading and supporting a team)
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style
- Analytical skills
