As part of a replacement in the stops service, we are offering a position of:
Stop Employee
Your mission
Reporting to the stops manager, you will be responsible for various tasks such as maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of equipment. You will ensure the installation, modification, and realization of infrastructure bases related to different stages or works. You will also be responsible for informing customers to contribute to the proper functioning of the network, according to internal and/or external laws and regulations.
Your main responsibilities
• Carry out various tasks related to stop equipment, such as creation or modification of stops,
• customer information,
• cleanliness, repairs, identification of damage, execution of construction works, marking, sealing of bases in compliance with safety standards, customer satisfaction, and set objectives,
• depending on events or works, adapt information intended for customers such as schedules, destinations,
• perform maintenance of stop equipment throughout the Swiss and French network according to received directives.
Your profile
• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in a technical or building field with good knowledge of the network,
• heavy vehicle license and ideally crane truck operator license,
• good knowledge of necessary materials and equipment,
• very good knowledge of the network,
• strong ability to learn new tasks, curiosity, and adaptability,
• availability and flexibility for weekend and night shifts.
