Omnichannel Project Manager (m/f/d) 100%

To strengthen our team in the Digital area, we are looking immediately at the Basel headquarters for a motivated and committed Omnichannel Project Manager (m/f/d), 100%.

Your responsibilities
- You coordinate, plan, and manage omnichannel projects.
- You monitor project planning (kick-off, minutes, follow-up, documentation, reporting, etc.).
- You implement the omnichannel strategy in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- You maintain an active dialogue with the stores and regularly conduct presentations, workshops, and on-site visits at the POS.
- You support and accompany businesses on their path to digital transformation.
- You analyze and optimize processes and services.

Your profile
- You have a degree with a focus on business administration.
- You have 2-3 years of professional experience in project work in retail.
- You have a passion for innovation and digital transformation.
- You have an accurate, reliable, and structured way of working.
- You are an independent and flexible personality.
- You speak fluent German and English; French is also an advantage.
