What You Can Achieve

• Setting up and operating various winding machines

• Manufacturing insulating bodies according to order documents

• Careful execution of all relevant work steps (e.g., cutting and inserting films, winding process, contacting the measuring point)

• Documentation of production and process values

• Troubleshooting as well as maintenance and repair work on machines

• Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations

• Quality control of the manufactured products

• Orderliness and cleanliness at the workplace as well as actively contributing improvement suggestions

What You Bring

• High safety and quality awareness

• Basic technical understanding, ideally technical training or further education (e.g., plant operator)

• Willingness to learn and motivation for further development

• Team spirit and enjoyment in achieving goals together

• Reliability and initiative

• Basic knowledge of German (B1/B2); experience with tiller, crane, or lifting platform is an advantage
